- The mask is mandatory on the beach:
- during the displacement to the beach and vice versa.
- for promeandes along the seaside.
- during the displacement to the beach bar, toilets...
- The mask is not mandatory on the beach:
- for sunbathing.
- to swim in the sea and for people living together.
- The town's beaches and coves were opened to the public on the 25th of May.
- Sunbathing, bathing and watersports are permitted.
- There are no time slots and it is not necessary to book.
- It is advised to keep a social distance of 1.5 metres, except for people living together.
- Beach bars are open.
- Personal objects and towels must be located 2.5 meters from other users.
- Showers, footbaths, fountains and playgrounds are gradually open from July.
- The showers will be open from 10th July and the toilets will be open from 15th July.
- Playgrounds will gradually open in compliance with the established sanitary and safety measures.
- Beach canopy, parasol and deck chair hire service will be available.
- Lilos and playing with beach buckets and shovels are permitted.
- This summer there will be no the following services:
* Children's Club
* Floating inflatable park
* Floating platforms
- The Town Council has created a new App (platges.salou.cat) to control beach capacity. It consists of 22 intelligent sensors installed along the beaches of the town which will calculate the exact number of people on a particular beach in real time. Do not access to the beach in case of high occupancy and the safety distance cannot be maintained.
- Every beach access has an information panel with the responsible use regulations.
