- The town's beaches and coves were opened to the public on the 25th of May.

- Sunbathing, bathing and watersports are permitted.

- There are no time slots and it is not necessary to book.

- It is advised to keep a social distance of 2 metres, except for people living together.

- Beach bars will gradually open during the month of June.

- Showers, footbaths, fountains and playgrounds will gradually open as from the 1st of July.

- Playgrounds will gradually open in compliance with the established sanitary and safety measures.

- Beach canopy, parasol and deck chair hire service will be available.

- Lilos and playing with beach buckets and shovels are permitted.

- This summer there will be no the following services:

* Children's Club
* Floating inflatable park
* Floating platforms

- The Town Council has created a new App ( to control beach capacity, and  it will be implemented during the summer months. It consists of 22 intelligent sensors installed along the beaches of the town which will calculate the exact number of people on a particular beach in real time.

- Every beach access has an information panel with the responsible use regulations:

* Keep the minimum safety distance.
* Protect yourself with a face mask whenever a two-metre safety distance is not posible.
* Wear gloves and use hand hygiene products when touching surfaces other people have touched before.
