What is it:
The Challenge Triathlon is the traditional middle-distance triathlon organised in Salou, the capital of the Costa Daurada. A set of races with various distances that will allow you to do sport while enjoying the Challenge Salou party.
Come and enjoy the disciplines of swimming in the open sea, running and cycling in the most eagerly awaited triathlon on the Costa Daurada along the main promenades of Salou by the beach.
Three distances:
1- Half distance triathlon with 1,900 m of swimming, 90 km of cycling and 21,097 km of running
2- Short distance triathlon with 1,900 m of swimming, 60 km of cycling and 11 km of running
3- Aquathlon with 1,900 m of swimming 11 km of running
