I. OBJECT OF THE COMPETITION
Patronato Municipal de Turismo de Salou, (hereinafter also, the "Organiser" or "VISIT SALOU"), with Tax Identification Number P-9318501-E and registered office at Passeig Jaume I, 4, 43840 Salou (Tarragona). Contact telephone +34 977 350 102 and e-mail address pmtsalou@salou.cat has decided to launch the Port Aventura Park tickets(hereinafter, the CONTEST) with the aim of promoting tourism in the town of Salou.
II. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE OF THE COMPETITION
Territorial scope
2.1. The COMPETITION will take place worldwice.
Temporal Scope
2.2. The CONTEST will begin at 09:00 a.m. on 1st April 2024 and will end at 08:59 a.m. on 4th April 2024.
III. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
3.1. Participation in this CONTEST is free of charge and is open to residents from all over the world and over 16 years of age.
3.2. In particular, VISIT SALOU reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates any of the provisions contained in this document. In addition, VISIT SALOU also reserves the right to verify by any procedure it deems appropriate that the winner complies with all the requirements of this document and that the details provided to VISIT SALOU are accurate and truthful. Among other things, VISIT SALOU may request documentation from participants to prove compliance with the participation requirements. Failure to provide this documentation may result in the disqualification of the required participant.
3.3. Owners and employees of VISIT SALOU, as well as their respective relatives, ascendants, descendants, spouses or common-law partners, are excluded from this COMPETITION. Likewise, the organiser reserves the right to prevent this COMPETITION from being used for speculation or business purposes, in which case it may take any legal action it deems appropriate.
3.4. VISIT SALOU shall disqualify any abusive or fraudulent entries.
IV. MECHANICS OF THE COMPETITION
In order to participate, the following requirements must be met:
- Follow the account of @visitsalou and @portaventuraworld
- Like the publication related to the contest.
- Tag a real account.
- The winner will be announced by Instagram stories and in the same post of the contest announcement on April 4th.
4.1. From among all the participants who meet the above requirements, VISIT SALOU, through an internal jury, will determine 1 winner.
4.2. The prize will be as follows:
- 2 tickets to PortAventura Park
The winner must respect the rules. If the winner does not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded. Participants authorise all checks relating to their identity, age, postal details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, indication of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and, if applicable, the reimbursement of the prize already awarded.
V. COMMUNICATION OF THE PRIZE
5.1 VISIT SALOU will indicate in the photo of the CONTEST the name of the winning users and through Instagram Stories.
5.2 The communication will be made on April 4th through the Instagram profile.
5.3. Once the above communication has been made, the winner must send an intelligible private message to @visitsalou, within 5 days, to accept the prize and communicate their personal details.
5.4. If after this period of 5 days no response is received from the winner, it will be understood that he/she renounces the prize and the alternate winners will be contacted.
5.5. In any case, if after the substitutes have been exhausted or for any other reason no winners are found, the prize will be declared void.
5.6. The prize will be delivered to the winner within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of acceptance by the winner. However, if after the attempts to deliver the prize to the winner, the prize is not delivered for reasons attributable to the winner, the winner will lose all rights to receive the prize, as well as to exercise any related claims. Notwithstanding that other possible causes of non-delivery may be deemed to be attributable to the winner. It will be
5.7. The prize will be delivered to the winner within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of acceptance by the winner. However, if after the attempts to deliver the prize to the winner, the prize is not delivered for reasons attributable to the winner, the winner will lose all rights to receive the prize, as well as to exercise any related claim. Notwithstanding that other possible causes of non-delivery may be considered to be attributable to the winner. The following shall be considered to be attributable causes: having provided VISIT SALOU with incorrect contact details, as well as failure to collect the prize after having left notice at the address provided by the winner, within the period stipulated in the aforementioned notice.
5.8. The Organiser may publish online and offline the name of the winner, the video with which they have participated, as well as the prize won, without this conferring any rights other than the awarding of the prize.
5.9. Under no circumstances will any transfer of the prize to third parties be accepted or managed, nor will the winners have the right to receive the cash value of the prize.
VI. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. VISIT SALOU reserves the right to vary any of the prizes and/or characteristics of the prizes if necessary, for example, due to supply problems, etc.
6.2. VISIT SALOU is not responsible for the winner's transport costs to the town of Salou. These costs shall be borne by the winner of the CONTEST.
6.3. None of the gifts may be exchanged for their economic value.
6.4. Although VISIT SALOU will make every effort to prevent participants from providing incorrect or false information or documents, VISIT SALOU shall not be held responsible for the veracity of the information or documents provided by participants. Consequently, if the data or documents provided are incorrect or contain errors, VISIT SALOU shall not be held responsible for not being able to contact the potential winners to inform them of the result, for not being able to manage the prize delivery with them and for any incidents that may arise from the incorrectness or falsity of the data or documents provided.
6.5. The maximum period established for any type of claim referring to and/or related to the CONTEST will expire one (1) month after the end of the CONTEST. After the expiry of this period, any right to make a claim will be forfeited.
6.6. This CONTEST is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Instagram. In this respect, participants exonerate Instagram from any liability arising from their participation in the COMPETITION.
6.7. VISIT SALOU reserves the right to use any of the videos submitted in the competition to promote the town of Salou on social networks and the website.
VII. ACCEPTANCE AND DEPOSIT OF THE RULES
7.1. Participation in this COMPETITION implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Organiser reserves the right to change these rules if circumstances so require and to settle any doubts that may arise in matters not foreseen herein.
7.2. The rules will be available to all participants of the CONTEST free of charge at https://www.visitsalou.eu/.
7.3. The Organiser also reserves the right to cancel, extend, shorten or modify the CONTEST if circumstances so require, without having to justify the decision and without being able to claim any liability as a result of it, always in a way that does not prejudice the rights acquired by those who participate.

9.2. Your details will be used by VIST SALOU to manage your participation in the CONTEST and for validation in the event of being named the winner.

X. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1. The winner expressly authorises the use by VISIT SALOU of any statement made about the CONTEST and the Prize on the VISIT SALOU website.
XI. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1. In general, relations with users arising from the provision of the services contained in this website are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.
