If you’d like to know Salou, you’ll soon be able to thanks to the Tourist Train. The updated service offers a circular journey, with 2 different itineraries and several stops thanks to which you’ll get to know the city’s history and its main points of interest.
The first itinerary will allow you to know more about places such as the Monument to King Jaume I, the Fountains of Salou, the Capitania, the Modernist Villas of Salou, the Harbour and the Monument to Fisherman, as well as the Coastal Path, the Masia Catalana, Parc de la Ciutat, Torre Vella and the Santa Maria del Mar Church, among other.
The second one will go round the Cap Salou area, near the coves Cala Llenguadets, Cala Font, Cala Vinya and Cala Crancs, or places such as Punta del Cavall, Penya Tallada or Salou’s Lighthouse.
The new service –which now uses Salou’s brand new image and offers special prices for families– will be equipped with personalized audio-guides for adults and kids in 4 languages –Catalan, Spanish, English and French–, besides having new access ramps for disabled people, making it even easier for those with special needs.
