In the month of November, Salou invites you to dive into its seafaring roots with "El calamar de Salou," a gastronomic event dedicated to this highly prized mollusk. During these days, the city’s most iconic restaurants will offer special menus and tastings where the squid takes center stage, highlighting its freshness and quality as a hallmark of local cuisine.
This event, organized by the Economic Dynamization Department of Salou Town Hall in collaboration with the Associació d'Empresaris d'Hostaleria (AEH) of Salou, is a unique opportunity to enjoy the creativity and expertise of local chefs, who will present everything from traditional recipes to more innovative creations with squid as the common thread.
